Polmo
enhancing POLMO’s competitiveness in the Automotive Industry
The robotic welding line is operated by five robots that perform the tank welding and weld cleaning processes. The entire tank manufacturing process is automated: from loading components to delivering them to the finished tank marking station.

Unia Group
innovative Industry 4.0–Ready Production with VELOWELD
As part of the welding shop modernization project, an investment was made in four advanced robotic welding stations. Each station is equipped with a welding robot moving along a 10-meter rail and two positioners with a maximum load capacity of 2 tons each. To meet Unia’s production challenges, over 50 specialized welding applications and appropriate tooling for robotic spot welding and welding processes were developed.

Wiśniowski
digital Customization in the Factory of the Future
The Kawasaki Robotics BA006L welding robot features a longer arm than the Kawasaki Robotics BA006N without compromising its technical capabilities. Despite the extended arm, the entire design allows welding in tight spaces or on highly complex shapes. Its slim arm, hollow wrist, and integrated internal cabling enable the robot to weld any shape and place each weld with precision.

ZWM Waraksa
what to invest in for metal industry production?
At ZWM Waraksa, there are two robotic welding stations in operation. The first welding cell was individually customized to the client’s production requirements. It features versatility in the choice of welding technologies and flexibility for retooling to any component.
The second welding cell was designed for handling large components weighing up to 1.5 tons. The station consists of a Kawasaki Robotics robot, a rail system for robot movement, and welding equipment.

Anipol
robotic welding in the furniture industry
When deciding to invest in robotization, Anipol considered various solutions, from welding machines to fully automated welding cells. The most important element of the station, which allowed for high process efficiency, was the H multi-positioner. Rotators of this type have two rotating stations with horizontal axes, separated by a screen. At any given moment, both the robot and the operator are working simultaneously, with the operator removing the welded parts and loading the components for the next cycle. The Kawasaki Robotics RA006L welding robot was selected for the set with the positioner, guaranteeing high travel speed and high repeatability.

Impex
modern welding robotization in the metal industry. Short-run welding services
The company’s latest investment is a robotic cell for use with a Kawasaki Robotics robot. The welding robot is used to operate two of the many devices equipped at Impex: one for display component assembly and the other for welding shafts for the steelworks being handed over. The welding cell is used to prepare a prefabricated cell for robotic welding.

Mikrut
robotic welding of anti-burglary grilles
Mikrut invested in a welding cell consisting of a Kawasaki BA006N robot dedicated to welding, a welding power source, and safety fencing. An integral part of the solution is the Astraada One control system. Operators use the Astraada operator panel to activate the cell, visualize its operation, and diagnose the robot and welding power source.

Perfopol
higher welding standards
At Perfopol, there are two robotic welding stations in operation.
The first station is dedicated to TIG welding. The entire workstation is built on a single frame, allowing for quick relocation if needs change. Its main components include a Kawasaki Robotics RA series robot, two positioners, and a welding power source.
The second station operates using MIG/MAG technology. It consists of a Kawasaki Robotics BA series robot, two positioners, a linear track, and a welding system.
