Highly efficient, compact welding workstation designed for high-volume serial production.
Two independent work areas with welding positioners allow continuous operation. While the robot welds on one side of the workstation, the operator has time to remove and mount new components on the other side.

This workstation is most commonly delivered to customers in Poland, so we always keep it in stock. Delivery time after ordering can be as short as two weeks. All components of the cell are mounted on a frame, making it very easy to relocate in the event of plant expansion or other investments.

Welding Robot BA006L and BA006N

The Kawasaki Robotics BA series robot is dedicated to robotic welding. Depending on the size of the parts being welded, we can use a robot with a reach of 1 450 mm (BA006N) or 2 036 mm (BA006L) in the robotic welding station. The combination of the robot’s slender design and a hollow wrist allows it to weld parts with complex geometry while maintaining maximum arm rigidity in hard-to-reach areas.

Welding power source

We partner with the largest manufacturers of welding power sources, which allows us to select them individually based on the client’s preferences. When choosing a power source, we also ensure that the welding process is optimised as much as possible. In our robotic welding stations, we use welders from top brands, including Fronius, SKS, ESAB, and EWM.

Cleaning station

Perfopol

At Perfopol, there are two robotic welding stations in operation.
The first station is dedicated to TIG welding. The entire workstation is built on a single frame, allowing for quick relocation if needs change. Its main components include a Kawasaki Robotics RA series robot, two positioners, and a welding power source.

The second station operates using MIG/MAG technology. It consists of a Kawasaki Robotics BA series robot, two positioners, a linear track, and a welding system.
