This is a basic welding cell available in several starter configurations. It features a single working area. Depending on the complexity of the parts to be welded, we can utilize a welding table, a single-axis, or a dual-axis positioner. The decision on the best approach is made in collaboration with the client during a cost-benefit and technical analysis of the specified parts.

The modular design allows for future expansion with an additional working area, depending on performance needs. The cell is designed and built with the Plug & Produce principle in mind, making it an open, flexible, and ready-to-use welding cell for handling both large production runs and small-batch job-shop production.

Welding Robot BA006L and BA006N

The Kawasaki Robotics BA series robot is dedicated to robotic welding. Depending on the size of the parts being welded, we can use a robot with a reach of 1 450 mm (BA006N) or 2 036 mm (BA006L) in the robotic welding station. The combination of the robot’s slender design and a hollow wrist allows it to weld parts with complex geometry while maintaining maximum arm rigidity in hard-to-reach areas.

Welding power source

We partner with the largest manufacturers of welding power sources, which allows us to select them individually based on the client’s preferences. When choosing a power source, we also ensure that the welding process is optimised as much as possible. In our robotic welding stations, we use welders from top brands, including Fronius, SKS, ESAB, and EWM.

Cleaning station

Cleaning station – a device enabling automatic cleaning of the torch nozzle.
It is equipped with functions for automatic cutting of the welding wire and applying anti-spatter fluid.

robotic welding of anti-burglary grilles

Mikrut invested in a welding cell consisting of a Kawasaki BA006N robot dedicated to welding, a welding power source, and safety fencing. An integral part of the solution is the Astraada One control system. Operators use the Astraada operator panel to activate the cell, visualize its operation, and diagnose the robot and welding power source.
